Good Operating Practice definition

Good Operating Practice means, in relation to a Grid Participant, the reasonable and prudent practices, methods and acts commonly engaged in by water service providers operating comparable infrastructure of comparable size to the Grid Participant's Infrastructure and providing services equivalent to those provided by the relevant Grid Participant, and include taking reasonable steps to ensure that:
Good Operating Practice means the exercise of that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight that reasonably would be expected from a prudent, efficient and experienced railway network operator in Australia under conditions comparable to those applicable to the railway network of which the Extension Infrastructure forms a part and having regard to the Permitted Use (for the avoidance of doubt, and if consistent with the foregoing, Good Operating Practice may entail part of the Extension Infrastructure being put into care and maintenance).
Good Operating Practice means any of the range of practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a significant proportion of the industry in North America involved in the supply of electricity from and the operation of generating units similar to the Units, from time to time, or any other practices, methods and acts which, in the exercise of reasonable judgement in light of the facts known or reasonably ascertainable, could have been expected to accomplish the desired result at a reasonable cost consistent with applicable Laws, reliability, safety and expedition;

Good Operating Practice means the good operating, maintenance and other practices, methods, equipment and procedures usually employed in operation and maintenance by operators of similar projects and that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably be expected to be observed by a skilled and experienced operator engaged in carrying out activities the same as or similar to the operation and maintenance services under the same or similar circumstances for the lawful, safe, reliable and efficient, operation and maintenance of sewage conveyance and treatment using the best available techniques and other best practices, methods, equipment and procedures, in all cases with a view to minimising environmental harm;
Good Operating Practice means the exercise of the standard of skill, diligence, prudence, foresight, safety and operating practice that would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled operator engaged in the same type of undertaking as that of the relevant person under the same or similar circumstances.
