Hosted Servers definition

Hosted Servers means the server(s) that Party A entrusts Party B to provide Services, the model and quantity of which shall be agreed on by the Parties in the Service Order.

Hosted Servers means collectively, the cryptocurrency mining hardware and other equipment or merchandise that Client has purchased under on-rack sales and purchase agreement entered into by and between Client and certain sellers (the “Purchase Agreement”), dated November 6, 2024, and that are hosted at the Data Center Facility pursuant to the applicable Service Order (together with any ancillary hardware equipment and other assets stored at the Data Center Facility).

Hosted Servers means Client’s unique virtual machine instance(s) and related services operating from within one or more SymQuest Data Centers provided by SymQuest to Client under this Agreement as specified in a Service Order attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Examples of Hosted Servers in a sentence

• If Party B finds out that there exists any problem or hidden danger in the operation of the Hosted Servers, Party B shall inform Party A immediately, and if it is confirmed by Party A in writing that the server is faulty, Party B shall repair the failed Hosted Servers in accordance with the maintenance capability agreed in the Service Order.

• However, if a single computer room may not be filled up with the Hosted Servers of Party A, Party B may deploy other servers in such computer room after taking isolation measures.

• If Party B fails to repair the failed Hosted Servers in accordance with the maintenance capability agreed in the in the Service Order, Party B shall compensate Party A 50% of the theoretical net income of the failed Hosted Servers for the period the repair exceed the standard agreed to, provided Party A provided all technical support needed and the spare parts were available on site.

• Customer shall keep or procure at its expense keep in full force and effect during the Term of this Agreement commercial general liability insurance for both bodily injury and property damage with coverage of no less than the greater of US$5 million or the replacement value of the Hosted Servers, such insurance shall name Service Provider as an additional insured.

Hosted Servers means servers owned and/or used by Squadify for the purposes of hosting Squadify and/or User Data. • Improvements means, in respect of any Intellectual Property Rights and/or any related Documentation, any developments, enhancements,modifications, updates or other improvements thereof made, created, developed orprovided by the Squadify Practitioner. • Intellectual Property Rights includes all present and future statutory and other proprietary rights in respect of copyright, trademark, art work, designs, patents, logos, invention, computer the certification, trade, business or company names, trade secrets, confidential or other proprietary rights and all other intellectual property rights and any rights to register such rights and intellectual property rights whether registered or not, and whether created before, on or after the date of this Agreement, and whether existing in Australia or otherwise and in all cases for the duration of such rights or intellectual property.

Hosted Servers means servers owned and/or used by us for the purposes of hosting the Software and/or User Data. Improvements means, in respect of the Software and/or any Documentation relating thereto, any developments, enhancements, modifications, derivatives, updates or other improvements thereof, including any customisations that are made at your request or upon your direction, even if such customisations incorporate know-how, ideas, requests or suggestions made or provided by you.
