Hosted Servers definition

Hosted Servers means the server(s) that Party A entrusts Party B to provide Services, the model and quantity of which shall be agreed on by the Parties in the Service Order.

Examples of Hosted Servers in a sentence

  • If Party A’s payment delay exceeds [**] business days which is not resolved within [**] business days after receiving written notice from Party B, Party B may shut down the Hosted Servers; and if Party A’s payment delay exceeds [**] business days, Party B shall be entitled to remove the Hosted Servers off the rack.

  • Client intends to purchase Hosted Servers from Service Provider and certain other parties, which are located in various countries.

  • Approximately three months following this initial allocation, contingent upon Client having established a qualified entity with the requisite credentials in the designated countries, the respective local entities of Client shall enter into specific agreements with Service Provider or an entity designated by the Service Provider to ensure that Service Provider provides Services for Hosted Servers.

  • If Party A’s payment delay exceeds [five (5)] business days which is not resolved within [five (5)] business days after receiving written notice from Party B, Party B may shut down the Hosted Servers; and if Party A’s payment delay exceeds [fifteen (15)] business days, Party B shall be entitled to remove the Hosted Servers off the rack.

  • Subject to the prior written consent of Client, Service Provider reserves the right to change the Data Center Facility in which the Hosted Servers are located, as circumstances may require.

  • Client shall be entitled to inspect the Hosted Servers, including in respect of the ownership of such equipment and the effective computational capacity of such equipment.

  • The Service Provider shall provide the Owner of Hosted Servers with all reasonable assistance to confirm the Owner of Hosted Servers’ right, title and interest in the Hosted Servers.

  • Party B shall not configure the Hosted Servers without prior written authorization from Party A.


More Definitions of Hosted Servers

Hosted Servers means Client’s unique virtual machine instance(s) and related services operating from within one or more SymQuest Data Centers provided by SymQuest to Client under this Agreement as specified in a Service Order attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
Hosted Servers means servers owned and/or used by Squadify for the purposes of hosting Squadify and/or User Data. • Improvements means, in respect of any Intellectual Property Rights and/or any related Documentation, any developments, enhancements,modifications, updates or other improvements thereof made, created, developed orprovided by the Squadify Practitioner. • Intellectual Property Rights includes all present and future statutory and other proprietary rights in respect of copyright, trademark, art work, designs, patents, logos, invention, computer the certification, trade, business or company names, trade secrets, confidential or other proprietary rights and all other intellectual property rights and any rights to register such rights and intellectual property rights whether registered or not, and whether created before, on or after the date of this Agreement, and whether existing in Australia or otherwise and in all cases for the duration of such rights or intellectual property.
Hosted Servers means servers owned and/or used by us for the purposes of hosting the Software and/or User Data. Improvements means, in respect of the Software and/or any Documentation relating thereto, any developments, enhancements, modifications, derivatives, updates or other improvements thereof, including any customisations that are made at your request or upon your direction, even if such customisations incorporate know-how, ideas, requests or suggestions made or provided by you.

Related to Hosted Servers

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Covered Computer System means any Computer System as to which the Insured has possession, custody and control.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Customer Content means custom code, text, images, audio, video, data, media content, features, databases, information, programs, files and other content created, generated, uploaded, stored, transmitted or otherwise used by the Customer or an End User in or through the Customer Applications or in connection with the Services.

  • Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.
