Hosted Servers definition

Hosted Servers means the server(s) that Party A entrusts Party B to provide Services, the model and quantity of which shall be agreed on by the Parties in the Service Order.
Hosted Servers means servers owned and/or used by us for the purposes of hosting the Software and/or User Data. Improvements means, in respect of the Software and/or any Documentation relating thereto, any developments, enhancements, modifications, derivatives, updates or other improvements thereof, including any customisations that are made at your request or upon your direction, even if such customisations incorporate know-how, ideas, requests or suggestions made or provided by you.
Hosted Servers means collectively, the cryptocurrency mining hardware and other equipment or merchandise that Client has purchased under on-rack sales and purchase agreement entered into by and between Client and certain sellers (the “Purchase Agreement”), dated November 6, 2024, and that are hosted at the Data Center Facility pursuant to the applicable Service Order (together with any ancillary hardware equipment and other assets stored at the Data Center Facility).

Examples of Hosted Servers in a sentence

  • Service Provider shall maintain the standard hosting environment for the Hosted Servers in accordance with the conditions set forth in the applicable Service Order.

  • For each batch of Hosted Servers under the applicable Service Order, Client shall pay a prepayment to Service Provider in the amount of one (1) month’s Monthly Theoretical Hosting Fee calculated based on the actual quantity of such batch of Hosted Servers powered-on (the “Prepayment”) in accordance with paragraph 4.1 of such Service Order.

  • For each batch of Hosted Servers under the applicable Service Order, Client shall pay to Service Provider the Deposit in accordance with paragraph 3.1 of such Service Order on or before the second (2nd) Business Day after the execution date of such Service Order, except as otherwise agreed by both Parties in the applicable Service Order.

  • The initial prepayment shall be made on or before the seventh (7th) Business Day from the email confirmation date for each batch of Hosted Servers as set forth in paragraph 2.1 of the applicable Service Order, except as otherwise agreed by both Parties in the applicable Service Order.

  • Subject to the prior written consent of Client, Service Provider reserves the right to change the Data Center Facility in which the Hosted Servers are located, as circumstances may require.

  • Client shall be entitled to inspect the Hosted Servers, including in respect of the ownership of such equipment and the effective computational capacity of such equipment.

  • If Party A’s payment delay exceeds [**] business days which is not resolved within [**] business days after receiving written notice from Party B, Party B may shut down the Hosted Servers; and if Party A’s payment delay exceeds [**] business days, Party B shall be entitled to remove the Hosted Servers off the rack.

  • Client intends to purchase Hosted Servers from Service Provider and certain other parties, which are located in various countries.

  • If Party A’s payment delay exceeds [five (5)] business days which is not resolved within [five (5)] business days after receiving written notice from Party B, Party B may shut down the Hosted Servers; and if Party A’s payment delay exceeds [fifteen (15)] business days, Party B shall be entitled to remove the Hosted Servers off the rack.

  • If Party B finds out that there exists any problem or hidden danger in the operation of the Hosted Servers, Party B shall inform Party A immediately, and if it is confirmed by Party A in writing that the server is faulty, Party B shall repair the failed Hosted Servers in accordance with the maintenance capability agreed in the Service Order.


More Definitions of Hosted Servers

Hosted Servers means Client’s unique virtual machine instance(s) and related services operating from within one or more SymQuest Data Centers provided by SymQuest to Client under this Agreement as specified in a Service Order attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Related to Hosted Servers

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Customer Content means all data, text, images, sounds, computer programs, photographs, pictures, illustrations, designs, icons, articles, audio clips, trademarks, logos, and video clips and any other information that is uploaded by or for the Customer in connection with use of the Services, and is owned by the Customer and/or Users including invitees of the Customer.

  • Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.
