Implementing Arrangements definition

Implementing Arrangements are subsidiary documents that set out the details relating to the implementation of the Annexes to this Chapter;
Implementing Arrangements in this Article shall refer to any agreement or arrangement relevant to such cooperation; and
Implementing Arrangements means the implementing arrangements concluded by the Parties pursuant to Article 14;
