Inspection Materials definition

Inspection Materials is defined in Section 6.2.1 hereof.

Inspection Materials. Existing Leases, soils, engineering, structural and other reports relating to the current condition of the Premises, environmental audits and the results of any other studies, tests, investigations and inspections as well as any surveys, title policies, operating reports and other materials in the possession of Seller respecting the Premises, such materials to be delivered by Seller to Purchaser within ten (10) days after the Effective Date.   • Seller's failure to timely deliver the Inspection Materials to Purchaser shall result in the extension of the Approval Period by one (1) day for each day of delay in delivering the Inspection Materials.

Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.
