Interim Budget definition

Interim Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8.2(A).
Interim Budget means the interim budget of the Company agreed upon between the Collateral Agent and the Company that was in effect prior to the implementation of the Turnaround Plan.

More Definitions of Interim Budget

Interim Budget has the meaning given to that term in Clause 11.6(E)(ii).
