Issue Documents definition

Issue Documents means the Letter of Offer, the Abridged Letter of Offer, the Application Form and the Rights Entitlement Letter, if any, together with all amendments, corrigendum, corrections, supplements or notices to investors, for use in connection with the Issue;

Issue Documents means the Senior Debt Indenture, the Dated Subordinated Debt Indenture and the Deposit Agreement;

Issue Documents means the Issue Agreement, the Framework Agreement, the terms and conditions of the share subscription warrants (Terms and Conditions of the Warrants), all securities documents (Security Documents), and any other document referred to as such in writing by the Parties;

More Definitions of Issue Documents

Issue Documents means the Trust Deed and the Agency Agreement;

Issue Documents means the Draft Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus, the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and the Prospectus together with all international wraps thereto, the Bid cum Application Form including the abridged prospectus, Confirmation of Allocation Notes, the Allotment Advice, and any amendments, supplements, notices, corrections or corrigenda or addenda to such offering documents;
