Issue Documents definition

Issue Documents means the Letter of Offer, the Abridged Letter of Offer, the Application Form and the Rights Entitlement Letter, if any, together with all amendments, corrigendum, corrections, supplements or notices to investors, for use in connection with the Issue;

Issue Documents means the Draft Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus, the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and the Prospectus, the Bid cum Application Form including the abridged prospectus, the Confirmation of Allocation Notes, the Allotment Advice, the Preliminary Issue Memorandum and the Issue Memorandum, and any amendments, supplements, notices, corrections or corrigenda to such offering documents;

Issue Documents means the Senior Debt Indenture, the Dated Subordinated Debt Indenture and the Deposit Agreement;

• The opinions given in this Opinion are given on the basis of our understanding of the terms of the Issue Documents and the assumptions set out in Schedule 2 (Assumptions) and are subject to the reservations set out in Schedule 3 (Reservations) to this Opinion.

More Definitions of Issue Documents

Issue Documents means the Issue Agreement, the Framework Agreement, the terms and conditions of the share subscription warrants (Terms and Conditions of the Warrants), all securities documents (Security Documents), and any other document referred to as such in writing by the Parties;

Issue Documents means the Senior Debt Securities Indenture, the Dated Subordinated Debt Securities Indenture and the Contingent Convertible Securities Indenture;
