Landing Gear Overhaul definition

Landing Gear Overhaul means all scheduled landing gear maintenance and repair of the nose or main Landing Gear in the nature of overhaul and requiring complete disassembly.
Landing Gear Overhaul means any full overhaul of any Landing Gear to essentially full manufacturer specification and operating condition, and, for the avoidance of doubt, "full overhaul" does not mean only the replacement, repair or overhaul of any rotable components, any cleaning or replacement of seals, any repair of brakes, wheels or tires, brake rods, struts or braces, in each case, that occurs any more frequently than a full overhaul.
Landing Gear Overhaul means an overhaul of a Landing Gear assembly in accordance with the Landing Gear Manufacturer’s repair manual that restores such Landing Gear to a “zero time since overhaul” condition in accordance with the Landing Gear Manufacturer’s repair manual and is performed in accordance with the Landing Gear Manufacturer’s overhaul specifications and operating criteria (excluding any rotable components such as wheels, tires, brakes and consumable items);

  • Sublessor will reimburse Sublessee from the actual Landing Gear Maintenance Reserves, if paid by Sublessee, provided that no Default has occurred and is continuing, for the actual cost associated with the completed Landing Gear Overhauls, with work performed for all other causes excluded, including those causes set forth in Clause 9.4.5. Reimbursement will be made up to the amount in the Landing Gear Maintenance Reserve at the time for the Landing Gear Overhaul.

  • In the event of a Major Check coming due for either the APU or any of the Landing Gear, Lessor, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to supply a replacement APU or landing gear in exchange for the APU or Landing Gear on the Airframe that is in need of an APU Basic Shop Visit or Landing Gear Overhaul.
