Local Workplace Committee means a committee based upon one work location with representatives drawn from the location. "Salary/Wages" for the purposes of redeployment, VS P's and income maintenance shall mean annual salary, regular overtime and where salary sacrificing exists, the value of the substituted benefit. "Union" shall mean the Australian Workers Union (AWU South Australian Branch) and (Amalgamated AWU (SA) State Union). "Consultation" is the process which will have regard to employee's interests in the formulation of plans which have a direct impact upon them. It provides employees with the opportunity to have their viewpoint heard and taken into account and allows for decisions to be made giving due regard to matters raised by employees. "Union Workplace Representative" shall mean an AWU member or members elected by the membership from the membership appointed under the rules of the Union, whose role is to effectively represent the interests of members at the workplace and on the consultative Committee. "Workplace Representative" shall mean an employee elected by non-union employees whose role is to effectively represent the interests of non-union employees on the consultative committee. “Works Employee” shall mean an employee covered by the terms and conditions of the Local Government Employees Award (as varied). Local Workplace Committee means a committee based upon one work location with representatives drawn from the location. “Multi Workplace Committee” shall mean a committee with representatives from more than one workplace. "Significant Effects" include termination of employment; major changes in the composition, operation or size of the employer's workforce or in skills required; the elimination or diminution of job opportunities, promotion opportunities or job tenure, the alteration of hours of work, the need for retraining or transfer of officers to other work or locations and the restructuring of jobs, provided that where the agreement makes provision for alteration of any of the matters referred to herein an alteration shall be deemed not to have significant effect.   • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • County Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-3.

  • Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);

  • Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;

  • Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.
