Workplace Committee. The Workplace Committee will consist of 3 staff nominees and 3 Company nominees, with the ability to involve others at the discretion of either party. Alternative arrangements may be mutually agreed.
Workplace Committee. The parties shall set up a Local Working Committee made up of an equal number of representatives appointed by the Centre for Accessibility and the Union. The department and the Union shall advise each other of the names of its representatives. The Local Working Committee shall meet as often as the representatives determine for the purpose of discussing issues in the department; including but not limited to workload. The University and the Union agree that the Local Working Committee does not have the ability to bind the parties as to the interpretation or application of the provisions of the Collective Agreement. The parties agree that unresolved matters arising from the Local Working Committee may be referred to the Labour Management Committee as set out in Article A8 of the Collective Agreement.
Workplace Committee. Cabin Attendant representatives who are members of the Health and Safety Committee, defined in Article 8.02.01 will be released for each workplace committee meetings for a total of 12 hours: 2 days of 6 hours each. The employer will provide the workplace health and safety committees an additional shared annual bank of 432 hours to perform the work of the health and safety committees provided by, and in accordance with the description of this part. All blocking requests submitted by the 12th of the previous month at 23:59 local time will be granted automatically without restriction. The employer may request the list of the task that will be done on a release day. Each day of release will be valued at 4 flight credits (SST).
Workplace Committee. Management in conjunction with the union will maintain a Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) which complies with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The committee is to include a union chair and another union delegate.
Workplace Committee. Where Associates on any given site number 50 or more a workplace committee will be established if so requested by Associates. When requested a workplace committee will be established comprising of the required number of members. The purpose of this committee is to encourage workplace harmony through communication between Associates and management. They will act in an advisory capacity in alerting management to any Associate concerns or issues.
Workplace Committee. 31.1 The company is committed to ensuring that its operations expand over time and understands that this is most likely to occur when employees are engaged in and committed to the achievement of mutually shared and beneficial outcomes.
31.2 The company has established a Workplace Committee comprised of employee and management representatives that develops strategies and implement programs designed to achieve excellence in: ▪ Workplace relations ▪ Operational procedures and processes ▪ Continuous improvement, ▪ Occupational Health and Safety ▪ Quality Accreditation ▪ Employee Development ▪ Time management / Wastage ▪ Error Control
31.3 The role of the Workplace Committee is to: ▪ Maintain a working environment in which all employees are involved in decisions that affect them. ▪ Ensure that the operations utilise the best endeavours of Employees at all times to achieve 100% customer satisfaction ▪ Monitor and advise the company in regard to OHS matters ▪ aim to create a harmonious and productive work environment with the full commitment of all those working. ▪ Focus attention on building the team and its provision of a high quality service. ▪ Formulate key performance indicators to serve as a measure of productivity and customer service improvements and attach meaningful time frames for their realization or review. ▪ Monitor the successful implementation of this Agreement and the achievement of key performance indicators. ▪ Consider matters likely to have an impact on the performance and/or structure of the Business and agree on changes necessary in reference to these matters.
31.4 The Company will provide the Continuous Improvement Team with such information as is necessary to ensure its effective operation.
Workplace Committee. The parties have established a Workplace Committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for effective involvement of employees in the decision making process with regard to working conditions.
23.1 The Workplace Consultative Committee will consist of employer and employee representatives.
23.2 The objectives of the Committee are to investigate, determine, and make recommendations on matters including, but not limited to:
i) Introduction of new technology
ii) Changes to work organisation;
iii) Expansion and investment;
iv) Quality;
v) Productivity improvement;
vi) Competency based training.
23.3 Minutes from the monthly meetings shall be published on notice boards where applicable.
23.4 Employee representatives on the Workplace Consultative Committee will have reasonable time and access to the persons they represent with management consultation:
23.5 The members of the Workplace Committee have a right to state during a meeting they believe an issue has not been fully discussed and this will be minuted.

i. Formulate key performance indicators to serve as a measure for productivity and customer service improvements.
ii. Monitor the successful implementation of this agreement and the achievement of key performance indicators.
iii. Consider matters likely to have an impact on the performance and/or structure of the business and agree on changes necessary in response to these matters. The company will provide the committee with such information as is necessary to ensure its effective operation. In the event that the committee is unable to reach agreement on any matter it is considering, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute settlement procedure in clause 25.
Workplace Committee. A workplace consultative committee comprising of site management and site employees shall be established. The committee shall consist of the depot manager and 2 employees at the depot, and shall meet regularly at dates to be agreed. The role of the committee shall be to:

Workplace Committee. A Joint Workplace Committee (WPC) composed of two (2) employees and of representatives of the Company will meet monthly to address health and safety matters within the transportation unit. The Company will provide up to four (4) hours at straight time prior to WPC meetings to allow WPC Union members to prepare. If more time is needed, a request must be presented to Management ahead of time.
