Long Service Leave entitlements will be in accordance with the Victorian Long Service Leave Act 1996 and will be revised in accordance with any amendments to that Act.
All Employees covered by this Agreement are entitled to long service leave on full pay under, subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of Division 9, sections 93-114 of the Industrial Relations Act 2016 (Qld) as amended from time to time, or the provisions of the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Act 1991 (Qld).
An employee covered by this Award is entitled to long service leave in accordance with the Long Service Leave Act 1958.
An employee is entitled to long service leave under either the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW) or the Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act 1986 (NSW).
