Major Functional Release definition

Major Functional Release means a change in the version number of the Software indicated by a change in the first digit of a version number, i.e. from 4.0.0 to 5.0.0.
Major Functional Release means a change in the version number of a Product indicated by a change in the first digit of a version number, i.e. from 7.0.0 to 8.0.0.

Priority Levels Each trouble ticket will be assigned a severity level. The levels of priority for support incidents are defined below: Severity Levels Description Severity 1 (Critical) Critical impact to the overall business system in a production environment. All or most of the production systems are down. All message traffic for production services is failing. This is an emergency situation without any workaround and requires an immediate solution. Severity 2 (High) Significant impact to the overall business system in a production environment. Sqrrl software is usable but the functionality is severely effected. The system is unstable. There is limited functionality, but some workaround is available. The issue is effecting a release on path-to-live for customer’s business system. Severity 3 (Medium) Some business impact. Issues reported in a development environment. Sqrrl software is usable with limited functionality. All critical operations are working. A workaround is available for the impaired functionality. Severity 4 (Low) Minimal business imact. There are workarounds available. There is a minor problem or error(s) in Sqrrl documentation, or there is a desired change in the Software that can be easily circumvented or avoided. This includes both feature enhancement requests and documentation requests.

Examples of Major Functional Release in a sentence

  • Sqrrl will make available to Licensee each Minor Functional Release and Major Functional Release of the Software.

  • Contractor will cease support of prior releases of the Raintree Software Products as follows: (a) Immediately upon the commercial shipment of a Maintenance Release; (b) No sooner than two(2) months after the commercial shipment of a Minor Functional Release; and (c) No sooner than six (6) months after the commercial shipment of a Major Functional Release.

  • The problem is, that each TPM would use the same private key and in that case if one TPM with its key is compromised, every other TPM with the same key would be com- promised too.

  • Essential job functions means the fundamental job duties of the employment position an individual holds. A job function may be considered essential if-

F.2.2 Cost of tenderingAccept that the employer will not compensate the tenderer for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a tender offer, including the costs of any testing necessary to demonstrate that aspects of the offer satisfy requirements. F.2.3 Check documentsCheck the tender documents on receipt for completeness and notify the employer of any discrepancy or omission. F.2.10 Pricing the tender offer F.2.10.1 Include in the rates, prices, and the tendered total of the prices (if any) all duties, taxes (except Value Added Tax (VAT), and other levies payable by the successful tenderer, such duties, taxes and levies being those applicable 14 days before the closing time stated in the tender data. F2.10.2 Show VAT payable by the employer separately as an addition to the tendered total of the prices.

  • Commercially Useful Function means responsibility for the execution of a distinct element of the work of the contract, which is carried out by actually performing, managing, and supervising the work involved, evidencing the responsibilities and risks of a business owner such as negotiating the terms of (sub)contracts, taking on a financial risk commensurate with the contract or its subcontract, responsibility for acquiring the appropriate lines of credit and/or loans, or fulfilling responsibilities as a joint venture partner as described in the joint venture agreement.

  • Governmental function means an activity that is expressly or impliedly mandated or authorized by constitution, statute, local charter or ordinance, or other law. Governmental function includes an activity performed on public or private property by a sworn law enforcement officer within the scope of the law enforcement officer's authority, as directed or assigned by his or her public employer for the purpose of public safety.

  • Major Subcontractor means, any Subcontractor with whom Contractor will enter (or has entered) into a Major Subcontract. 1

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • monopoly supplier of a service means any person, public or private, which in the relevant market of the territory of a Party is authorised or established formally or in effect by that Party as the sole supplier of that service;

  • Reporting Subcontractor With respect to the Master Servicer or the Trustee, any Subcontractor determined by such Person pursuant to Section 11.08(b) to be "participating in the servicing function" within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.

  • Minor Release means an incremental release of Software that provides maintenance fixes and additional Software functions. Cisco designates Minor releases as a change in the tenths digit of the Software version number [x.(x).x].

  • critical functions means activities, services or operations the discontinuance of which is likely in one or more Member States, to lead to the disruption of services that are essential to the real economy or to disrupt financial stability due to the size, market share, external and internal interconnectedness, complexity or cross-border activities of an institution or group, with particular regard to the substitutability of those activities, services or operations;

  • Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G.

  • DMA means Designated Market Area as defined by A.C. Nielsen Company based upon viewing patterns and used by the Investing in Television BIA Market Report 2014 (1st edition). DMAs are ranked according to the number of households therein and are used by broadcasters, advertisers, and advertising agencies to aid in evaluating television audience size and composition.

  • Functional Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 27 of this Part C.

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.

  • Service and support administrator means a person, regardless of title, employed by or under contract with a county board to perform the functions of service and support administration and who holds the appropriate certification in accordance with rule 5123:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code.

  • Servicing Function Participant Any Additional Servicer, Sub-Servicer, Subcontractor or any other Person, other than the Certificate Administrator, the Operating Advisor, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer and the Trustee, that is performing activities that address the Servicing Criteria, unless such Person’s activities relate only to 5% or less of the Mortgage Loans by unpaid principal balance calculated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation AB.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Quality improvement organization or “QIO” shall mean the organization that performs medical peer review of Medicaid claims, including review of validity of hospital diagnosis and procedure coding information; completeness, adequacy and quality of care; appropriateness of admission, discharge and transfer; and appropriateness of prospective payment outlier cases. These activities undertaken by the QIO may be included in a contractual relationship with the Iowa Medicaid enterprise.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
