Management Commission definition

Management Commission means the commission payable to the Agent as set out in item 1.6;

Management Commission calculated as a percentage of the Provider's Credit Limit. The specific percentage expression of the "Management Commission" will be entered in the Factoring Agreement. In the event that it is not paid by the Supplier on the dates specified in this clause, the Factor shall deduct this amount from the amount of the advance payment, or this amount shall be paid by deducting it from the Factor during the collection of the transferred receivables from the collected amount, or the amount shall be collected by the order of art. 5.02., to which the Supplier irrevocably and unconditionally agrees.
