Manipulated Data definition

Manipulated Data means any Data that: the Recipient Institution adapts or combines or aggregates (wholly or in part) with any other data or information (but does not include that other data or information); and which has not been manipulated by the Recipient Institution to such a degree that it can no longer be identified as originating from the Data nor used as a substitute for the Data; and the term “Research” includes the publication (if any) of the results of the Research by the Recipient Institution in accordance with clause 12;
Manipulated Data means any of the data provided by LR to Customer as specified in the Order Form that has been combined or aggregated (wholly or in part) with other data or information or otherwise adapted, reformatted or manipulated but not to the extent it becomes a Derivative Work.
Manipulated Data means any Open Data which has been Manipulated.

  • Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;

  • Test Incomplete has the meaning stated in Section 3.4(a).

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
