Marketing Commitment definition

Marketing Commitment means the obligation of the Bank to fund the amount per Fiscal Month set forth on Schedule 5.2(b) for the purposes set forth in Section 5.2(b).

Marketing Commitment. With respect to each Selected Game, the Games Detail Appendix shall specify the minimum amount required to be invested by Distributor for marketing and promoting such Selected Game (the “Marketing Commitment”).
