Marketplace Services definition

Marketplace Services means services provided by Givex that enable Merchant to accept Customers’ Payment Cards as payment for Merchant’s goods or services, and includes the Givex Platform, Givex Apps, supported integrations with third-parties, customer support, and any other current or future services offered by Givex in connection with GivexPay, as further detailed in Schedule A (GivexPay Services) attached hereto.

Marketplace Services means the products and services you provide to the Merchant under the Marketplace Agreement, including to enable the Merchant to receive payment for goods or services they have sold through your Marketplace.

Examples of Marketplace Services in a sentence

  • OTC Markets Group and the Company desire to enter into this Agreement to provide for, among other things, (i) the designation of the Company’s securities as traded on the OTCQB marketplace and (ii) the subscription of the Company to certain OTCQB Marketplace Services.

  • Except for the designation of the Company’s securities as OTCQB securities, OTC Markets Group may at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion, without prior notice to the Company, modify or amend the format, content and other particulars of the OTCQB Marketplace Services, including terminating one or more of them, whether or not such modifications, amendments, or changes adversely affect the Company.

  • We are not responsible for and have no control over any Marketplace Fees that you may charge the Marketplace User for the Marketplace Services.

  • Client also agrees that Client will not (a) use the ADP Marketplace or any ADP API to transmit spam or other unsolicited email; (b) take any action that may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the ADP infrastructure, as determined by ADP; or (c) use the ADP APIs or the ADP Marketplace in any way that threatens the integrity, performance or reliability of the ADP Marketplace, Services or ADP infrastructure.

  • Subject to, and as consideration for, ISV Partner complying with the terms of this Agreement, Sage shall provide the Sage Marketplace Services to ISV Partner from the Effective Date.

Related to Marketplace Services

  • Marketplace seller means a seller that makes one or more retail sales through a marketplace that a marketplace facilitator owns, operates, or controls, regardless of whether the seller is required to be registered to collect and remit the tax under this part.
