Merchant Data definition

Merchant Data means any files, graphics, images, text, emails, data or other information provided by Merchant in the course of using the GivexPay Services and/or collected by Givex, including without limitation Merchant’s name, address, contact information, Employee information, loyalty program information, transaction details, and other information or material provided by Merchant to Givex through the GivexPay Services, including Customer Data. Merchant data may include Personal Information, whether from Merchant’s Employees, existing customer information or otherwise.
Merchant Data means information and data relating to Merchants and their computer and security systems.
Merchant Data means any of the transaction or other details belonging or related to a Connected Merchant Account, including information about the Connected Merchant Account itself. Party means each of GoCardless and you, the Integration Partner and Parties means both of us. Partner Page means the webpage located at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/partners/, or such replacement or equivalent page as may be in force, from time to time, including those hosted on any non-United Kingdom versions of the GoCardless Site.

  • You shall also maintain and handle all Merchant Data in accordance with industry standard privacy and security measures reasonably adequate to preserve its confidentiality and security and to assure compliance with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations and PCI-DSS.

  • Merchant hereby grants to Givex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, and worldwide license to use, copy, modify (including the right to create derivative works of), display and transmit Merchant Data in connection with the GivexPay Services and the Agreement.

  • You will notify Us without undue delay upon becoming aware of any Security Breach involving Merchant Data that has been transferred to You by Us.

  • Valor may disclose Merchant Data to third-party service providers as necessary to deliver the Services.

  • Subject to the Payment Processing Terms, Xxxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Givex has no obligation to retain Merchant Data and that Givex will have the right to irretrievably delete and destroy Merchant Data after thirty (30) days following the termination or expiry of the Agreement.


More Definitions of Merchant Data

Merchant Data means any personal data relating to business contact details of Merchant or its employees, officers or contractors provided to or obtained by Braintree in the provision of the Braintree Payment Services
Merchant Data means data pertaining to transactions conducted at merchant location as well as personal details of merchants including but not limited to his contact details, EDC installation details and KYC documentation
Merchant Data means all information about Partner’s Merchant customers, including revenue generating data, obtained by Partner in connection with the provision of its processing services including, without limitation, names, addresses, telephone numbers, account numbers, customer lists, account relationships, and demographic, financial and transaction information. Where applicable and in context, Merchant Data can also include data obtained by Fundomate in connection with a Referred Merchant’s use of the Services and Products under this Agreement.
Merchant Data means all information of whatever nature and type, and in all formats of the Merchant, in respect of which the Merchant has a proprietary interest;
Merchant Data means information (including Personal Information) relating to a Merchant or Merchant Store, including business, financial, and product information and any Customer Data.
Merchant Data means information that identifies your business and describes its operations, your products or services, and orders placed by Customers. Merchant Data includes Customer Personal Data and Payment Data.
Merchant Data means Merchant Account Data and Merchant Transaction Data.
