Milling and Processing Costs definition

Milling and Processing Costs means costs and expenses incurred in respect of: (x) milling, treating or processing and transportation costs, all costs, charges and expenses for treatment in the smelting and refining process (including handling, processing, deductions, tolling charges); and (y) sales and brokerage costs, and actual costs of transportation (including insurance, storage, warehousing, port demurrage, delay and forwarding expenses) of Minerals or other products from the Properties to the place of treatment and then to the place of sale, without duplication;
Milling and Processing Costs which shall mean costs and expenses incurred in milling or processing Ores produced from the Premises at Tectonic’s mill or central processing facility utilized by Tectonic to produce Mineral Products from the Premises (herein referred to as the “Mill”), if any.
Milling and Processing Costs means costs and expenses incurred after Commencement of Commercial Production by Minera Chanate or Buyer in milling, treating or processing ores and minerals produced from the Property at processing and treatment sites, including heap leaching sites, and/or at Producer's mill or central processing facility utilized by Producer to process ores and minerals produced from the Property (hereinafter referred to as the "Mill"), if any. The Producer shall be entitled to depreciation of Mill and other processing and treatment facilities and equipment acquired (or altered or modified) after Commencement of Commercial Production; capital costs incurred prior to the Commencement of Commercial Production are subject to recoupment under the definition of "Exploration and Development Expenditures" set forth below. "Milling and Processing Costs" shall also include all costs, charges and expenses paid or incurred by Minera Chanate or Buyer, as the case may be, with respect to such products for treatment in the smelting and refining processes (including handling, processing, interest, and provisional settlement fees, representation costs, penalties, and other processor deductions); and sales and brokerage costs and actual costs of transportation (including freight, insurance, transaction taxes, handling, port, demurrage, delay, and forwarding expenses incurred by reason of or in the course of such transportation) of ores, minerals, concentrates or other products from the Property to the place of treatment and then to the place of sale.

More Definitions of Milling and Processing Costs

Milling and Processing Costs means costs and expenses incurred in respect of: (x) milling, treating or processing and transportation costs, all costs, charges and expenses for treatment in the smelting and refining process (including handling, processing, deductions, tolling charges); and (y) sales and brokerage costs, and actual costs of transportation (including insurance, storage, warehousing, port demurrage, delay and forwarding expenses) of Minerals or other products from the Properties to the place of treatment and then to the place of sale, without duplication; iii. “General and Administrative Costs” shall mean costs and expenses incurred in respect of the Properties during the calendar year and the production of ores and Minerals therefrom; iv. “Royalties” means all royalties or production royalties or royalties of any nature incurred in respect of the Properties (other than the FCF Payments pursuant to the FCF Royalty) or other payments of any nature whatsoever payable to third parties having an interest in the Properties and includes payments to any Indigenous Group pursuant to any impact benefit, participation or other similar agreement; and v. “Selling and Delivery Costs” shall mean costs and expenses incurred in respect of the production of Minerals from Properties during the calendar year in or in connection with the marketing of Minerals and the delivery of such Minerals to points of ultimate delivery to customers, including without limitation, all shipping and delivery costs, agency fees, and storage charges, without duplication. For greater certainty, in the event of any Unapproved Additional Capital Projects, the exclusion of operating costs and expenses from Unapproved Additional Capital Projects for purposes of the calculation of Mining Costs, Milling and Processing Costs, General and Administrative Costs, Royalties and Selling and Delivery Costs for purposes of the calculation of Free Cash Flow shall be allocated on a proportionate basis and in accordance with generally accepted practices in the mining industry, and in a manner mutually satisfactory to the Owner and the Holder (each acting reasonably and in good faith).
Milling and Processing Costs which shall mean costs and expenses incurred by the LESSEE after Commencement of Commercial Production in milling or processing Valuable Minerals produced from the leased premises at the LESSEE-Is mill or central processing facility utilized by the LESSEE to process Valuable Minerals produced from the leased premises (hereinafter referred to as the “Mill”), if any.

Related to Milling and Processing Costs

  • Food processing plant means a commercial operation that manufactures, packages, labels or stores food for human consumption and does not provide food directly to a consumer. “Food processing plant” does not include any of the following:

  • Closing Costs means, collectively, all initial costs and fees that identified above and in Section 16 that Seller agrees to pay to Buyer as consideration for agreeing to enter into this Agreement.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Training Costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Development Charges or “DC” shall mean the amount charged by the Company from the Applicant(s) towards carrying out the developmental works inside or around the Project, including but not limited to the payment of the following:

  • Towing and recovery operator means a person engaged in the business of (i) removing disabled

  • Leasing Costs means, with respect to a particular Lease, all capital costs, expenses incurred for capital improvements, equipment, painting, decorating, partitioning and other items to satisfy the initial construction obligations of the landlord under such Lease (including any expenses incurred for architectural or engineering services in respect of the foregoing), “tenant allowances” in lieu of or as reimbursements for the foregoing items, payments made for purposes of satisfying or terminating the obligations of the tenant under such Lease to the landlord under another lease (i.e., lease buyout costs), relocation costs, temporary leasing costs, leasing commissions, brokerage commissions, legal, design and other professional fees and costs, in each case, to the extent the landlord is responsible for the payment of such cost or expense under the relevant Lease or any other agreement relating to such Lease.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;

  • processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;

  • Contracting and procuring means the systems for obtaining the supply of goods, materials, manufactured items, services, building and engineering services, works of construction and maintenance and for disposal of surplus and obsolete assets.

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Claims processing services means the administrative services performed in connection with the processing and adjudicating of claims relating to pharmacist services that include:

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;

  • Data Processing Lease means any lease or licensing agreement, binding on the Failed Bank as of Bank Closing, the subject of which is data processing equipment or computer hardware or software used in connection with data processing activities. A lease or licensing agreement for computer software used in connection with data processing activities shall constitute a Data Processing Lease regardless of whether such lease or licensing agreement also covers data processing equipment.

  • Spent fuel means any fuel element or fuel component, solid or liquid, which has been used or exposed to radiation in a nuclear reactor;

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.
