Mining Data means the mine data base relating to the Brisas Project which consists of over 900 core drill holes with assay certificates with a calculated proven and probable 43-101 compliant audited ore reserve.

Mining Data means the technical mine engineering data base relating to the Brisas Project consisting of over 900 core drill holes, project engineering and assay certificates with a calculated proven and probable 43-101 compliant audited ore reserve (as of its time of delivery).
Mining Data means all geological data, reserve data, mine maps, core hole logs and associated data, coal measurements, coal samples, lithologic data, coal reserve calculations or reports, washability analysis or reports, mine plans, mining permit applications and supporting data, engineering studies and all other information, legal documents, maps, reports and data in the possession of the Companies with regard to the coal relating to or affecting the coal reserves, coal ownership, the Real Property, mining conditions, mines and mining plans of the Companies as prepared and utilized by them in the ordinary course of their operations.
