One means Office National pour L’Environnement, the Recipient’s National Environment Office established as an independent agency pursuant to Decree No. 95/607, dated September 10, 1995, as amended by Decree Nos. 96/669, dated July 23, 1996;
One. The employee shall first submit a written grievance, signed by 17 the employee directly involved in the occurrence on which the grievance is 18 based, to his/her Assistant Department Manager (ADM) within fourteen 19 (14) days of the time when the employee should reasonably have known 20 of the occurrence on which the grievance is based, but in any event within 21 forty-five (45) days following the occurrence of the matter being grieved.

One. An Aggrieved Person with a Grievance shall, within forty-five (45) school days after either the occurrence of the event or acts which give rise to the Grievance or the date on which the Aggrieved Person knew of or would be reasonably expected to know of such, first orally discuss it with his or her Principal, or immediate supervisor, with the objective of resolving the matter informally. Failure to act within said forty-five (45) school day period shall be deemed to constitute an abandonment of the Grievance. If the Principal, or immediate supervisor, fails to communicate his decision within said five (5) school day period, the relief sought shall be deemed denied and the Aggrieved Person may proceed to Step Two of Level One of the Grievance Procedure.

The grievant(s) and/or Union shall submit a written grievance to the division xxxx within thirty (30) days of the date of the occurrence giving rise to the grievance or from the date when the grievant or the Union might reasonably have become aware of the occurrence. Upon receipt of the grievance, the division xxxx shall schedule a meeting with the grievant(s) or Union within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the written grievance.
