Onset of Disability means the first day on which Executive shall be unable to perform any of his duties under this Agreement a full time basis by reason of physical or mental incapacity, sickness or infirmity. In the event of a partial disability, Executive shall be entitled to work for such time and in such capacity as his disability permits and his salary shall be adjusted accordingly.
