Ontario Works means the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services financial and employment assistance programs governed under the Ontario Works Act, 1997. Background The province will provide Funds to the Recipient to support the provision of services related to child care centres licensed under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014. The Guideline contains more information about the Program and, in some cases where the Agreement provides, elaborates on the Recipient’s requirements in connection with the Funds.
