Ontario Works placements will not result in the lay off of Bargaining Unit members nor will it lessen the regularly scheduled hours of work for Bargaining Unit members.

Related to Ontario Works

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.
