Examples of Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises in a sentence
The amount so to be paid to Landlord shall be an amount from time to time reasonably estimated by Landlord to be sufficient to cover, in the aggregate, a sum equal to the Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises for each calendar year during the Lease Term.
Except as expressly provided in subsection (B) above, Tenant shall not be required to pay any rent or use and occupancy charge with respect to the Additional Land Areas (provided, however, that Tenant shall be required to pay all maintenance costs and real estate taxes associated therewith as part of Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises under Section 2.6 above).
Commencing at 12:01 AM on the Service Termination Date and continuing for the balance of the Lease Term as it may be extended, Tenant shall perform or cause to be performed by contractors first reasonably approved by Landlord the Specified Services (hereinafter called "Tenant's Performance of the Specified Services") and the costs of the Specified Services shall no longer be included in Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises.
Any payment by Tenant for the Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises shall not be deemed to waive any rights of Tenant to claim that the amount thereof was not determined in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
Said statement to be rendered to Tenant also shall show for the preceding year or fraction thereof, as the case may be, the amounts already paid by Tenant on account of Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises and the amount of Operating Expenses Allocable to the Premises remaining due from, or overpaid by, Tenant for the year or other period covered by the statement.
