Operations Budget definition

Operations Budget means that portion of a Contractor's budget allocation set forth in Exhibit A, that is intended for the delivery of regional centerdirect consumer services" and "administration."
Operations Budget means the budget provided by the Contractor with the Operations Programme all as more particularly referred to in Clause 5.2.
Operations Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

PA The acronym “PA” shall refer to a “Participating Addendum”, which is a written agreement signed by the Contractor and an Authorized Entity that sets forth the duties and responsibilities of an Authorized Entity and the Contractor with respect to FM Services. A form of PA is set forth at Contract Attachment N.
