Option Notice Date definition

Option Notice Date means the date on which a notice exercising an option under subsection (2) or (3) of section five of this Act is given;
Option Notice Date means the first date on which all holders of Company Options have received Option Notices in accordance with Section 2.7(a).

  • The Option granted hereby shall be exercisable at any time during the Option Period, but shall expire at 5:00 p.m. on the Option Notice Date, subject to Section 3.1 above, unless otherwise extended or exercised as provided in this Agreement.
