Permitted Usage definition

Permitted Usage means the usage of the Materials in accordance with the Intended Usage and Usage Period set out in the Project Outline;

Permitted Usage means that the CMT Software can be used for the commercial purpose determined in clause 4 below. If not agreed upon in a separate contract, the CMT Software shall be used for civil infrastructures only.
