Phantom Equity Plans definition

Phantom Equity Plans means the 2007 Special Cash Incentives Plan, as amended to date, and any award agreements issued thereunder and the other phantom equity agreements identified on Section 3.5 of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
Phantom Equity Plans means (i) that certain Second Amended and Restated 2008 Phantom Equity Plan, as amended, of B. Xxxxx & Co., LLC and (ii) that certain 2012 Phantom Equity Plan, as amended, of B. Xxxxx & Co., LLC.
Phantom Equity Plans means the Company’s Phantom Stock Incentive Compensation Plan, dated May 20, 2005, as amended and the Company’s Amended and Restated Phantom Stock Incentive Compensation Plan, dated April 12, 2012.

  • Parent Equity Plan means the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Long-Term Incentive Plan.

  • Compensation Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b).

  • Prior Plans means, collectively, the Company’s 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended, 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2012 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan. Awards granted under the Prior Plans continue to be governed under the terms of those Prior Plans.

  • Equity Award means all incentive stock options, non-statutory stock options, shares of restricted stock, restricted stock units or other incentive equity awards in respect of shares of the Company’s equity securities that have been or will be granted to you by the Company.

  • Company Stock Option Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.07(a).

  • Deferred Stock Units means the number of hypothetical Shares subject to an Election.

  • Equity Incentive Plans means any equity incentive plans for officers, employees or Directors of the Company.

  • Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Restricted Share granted under one of the Company Stock Plans, as the case may be.

  • Phantom Stock Unit means the right to receive the value of one (1) share of the Company’s Common Stock, subject to the provisions of Section 8.4 of the Plan.

  • DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.

  • Company RSU Award means an award of restricted stock units relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under a Company Equity Incentive Plan (including any dividend equivalent units credited thereon).

  • Incentive Compensation Plans means annual incentive compensation plans and long‑term incentive compensation plans of the Company, which long‑term incentive compensation plans may include plans offering stock options, restricted stock and other long‑term incentive compensation.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • Deferred Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant under Article 9 to receive Shares (or the equivalent value in cash or other property if the Committee so provides) at a future time as determined by the Committee, or as determined by the Participant within guidelines established by the Committee in the case of voluntary deferral elections.

  • Company Option Plans means the Company 1994 Incentive Stock Plan, the Company 1995 Outside Director’s Stock Option Plan and the Company 2004 Incentive Stock Plan.
