Examples of Phase 2 Services in a sentence

  • Once the parties have agreed upon the Contract Price and Owner has issued a Notice to Proceed with Phase 2 Services, Design-Builder shall perform the Phase 2 Services, all as further described in the Contract Price Amendment, as it may be revised.
