Phase 2 Services. Design-Builder’s Phase 2 services shall consist of the completion of design services for the Project, the procurement of all materials and equipment for the Project, the performance of construction services for the Project, the start-up, testing, and commissioning of the Project, and the provision of warranty services, all as further described in the Contract Price Amendment. Upon receipt of Design-Builder’s proposed Contract Price for Phase 2, Owner may proceed as set forth in Section 2.3.
Phase 2 Services. The primary purpose and intent of Phase 2 (set forth in Articles 3.3, 4 and 5) of this Agreement is to secure the services of a Construction Manager to construct the Project in accordance with the Project Scope, including, but not limited to: (a) the Drawings and Specifications, (b) the time limitations established in this Agreement, and (c) the provisions of Article 3 of this Agreement and the Guaranteed Maximum Price/Final GMP Proposals attached as Appendices 6 and 7 hereto (hereafter the “GMP” or “Guaranteed Maximum Price”).
Phase 2 Services. Commencing April 1, 1999, and continuing in effect for a primary term through and including March 31, 2009, and from year to year thereafter, until either party terminates this Agreement by giving written notice to the other at least twenty-four months prior to the start of the next contract year.
Phase 2 Services. (i) Following approval by Client of the inbound telemarketing and fulfillment service providers, FTV will work with those parties to implement the approved supporting infrastructure and communication links;

Upon receipt of Design-Builder’s proposed Contract Price for Phase 2, Owner may (a) accept the Contract Price and issue a Notice to Proceed with Phase 2 services, or (b) enter into a negotiation with Design-Builder on the scope and Contract Price, and, if required, on the schedule, for Phase 2 services to achieve a mutually acceptable basis on which to proceed, or (c) reject Design-Builder’s proposal for Phase 2 and either (i) cancel the Project, (ii) proceed with another Design-Builder, or (iii) exercise the “off-ramp” final design provisions of Section 1.4,
Phase 2 Services. This Phase will encompass Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding/Permitting, Construction Administration and Post Construction of the chosen solution. Not to exceed fee amounts are included in the attached breakdown for each of these phases within Phase II.   • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Standard Services As long as Tenant is not in default under any of the provisions of this Lease, Landlord shall cause the Leased Premises (in accordance with Section 12.3) and the public and common areas of the Building, including the lobbies, elevators, stairs, corridors and rest rooms, to be maintained in reasonably good order and condition consistent with the operation and maintenance of the Bank of America Building as a first-class office and retail building in downtown Bellevue, except for damage occasioned by any act or omission of Tenant or Tenant’s officers, contractors, agents, invitees, licensees or employees, the repair of which shall be paid for by Tenant. From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding legal holidays (“Regular Business Hours”), Landlord shall furnish the Leased Premises with electricity for lighting and operation of low power usage office machines, water, heat, air conditioning and elevator service (the “Standard Services”). During all other hours, Landlord shall furnish the Standard Services, including elevator service as reasonably required to provide access to the Leased Premises, except for heat and air conditioning and lighting. If requested by Tenant, Landlord shall furnish heat and air conditioning and lighting at times other than Regular Business Hours and the cost of such services, as established by Landlord, shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided in Section 5 above. Landlord also shall provide lamp replacement service for Building Standard fluorescent light fixtures, toilet room supplies, window washing at reasonable intervals and customary building janitorial service as part of the Standard Services, although no janitorial service shall be provided for Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. The cost and expense of any janitorial or other services provided or caused to be provided by Landlord to Tenant in addition to the services ordinarily provided Bank of America Building tenants shall be paid by Tenant in the same manner as provided for payment in Section 5 above.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The strategic consulting services (the "Services"): Party A engages Party B to provide to Party A the strategic consulting services specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1") from the execution date of this Agreement.
