Phase I of the Project definition

Phase I of the Project means the development of the initial 100 MW of energy capacity and accompanying data center(s) associated with the Project (i.e., 0 MW – 100 MW of the Project).
Phase I of the Project means activities under the Project ready for implementation during the period of approximately 2008 through 2010, set forth in the Attachment to the Appendix, as said Attachment may be revised from time to time with the mutual agreement of the Recipient and the Association.
Phase I of the Project means the (i) development, construction and operation of the Gaming Facilities on the Property which shall mean a minimum 90,000 square foot casino containing not less than 2,300 slots and 50 table games, three restaurants, a gift shop and parking sufficient to service the aforesaid facilities (the “Gaming Facilities”), (ii) the Environmental Remediation of the Landlord’s Property and the Known Conditions of the Access Road Property, (iii) a contribution by Tenant in the amount of $5,100,000 to the Landlord, or such other party as is designated by Landlord, for the construction of the community/aquatic center and the baseball and soccer fields; (iv) development and construction of a hatch shell to be located on the Park Property, and (v) the development and construction of the Project Roadway, including a replacement of the Xxxxx Road Bridge (hereinafter defined). The Tenant shall make an investment of not less than $375,000,000 on Phase I of the Project. “Phase II of the Project” shall mean (i) the development and construction of a hotel with a minimum of 100 rooms and (ii) some combination of additional hotel rooms, an entertainment/meeting space, additional casino space, additional restaurants, retail space, movie theatres, bowling lanes, or other amenities and additional parking spaces sufficient to serve the aforesaid facilities, as mutually agreed to by Tenant and Landlord, which are intended to increase revenues to the Property. The Tenant shall make an investment of not less than $75,000,000 on Phase II of the Project. The Landlord and the Tenant anticipate that Phase II of the Project may comprise approximately 280,000 square feet but the aggregate square footage will depend on the components selected. Phase I of the Project and Phase II of the Project are collectively referred to as the “Project.” A new Exhibit C to the Agreement is substituted entitled “Essential Elements”, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

Examples of Phase I of the Project in a sentence

  • One Performance Guarantee will be released to the Concessionaire once the Phase- I of the Project Completion is achieved as per the MDOs and the Second Bank Guarantee will be released on achieving Phase – II of the Project Completion.

  • Under Phase I of the Project, 245 excise duty exemption certificates [Periodic Maintenance (19), Rehabilitation (139), Up gradation (86) and Road Safety enhancement (1)] and 49 custom duty exemption certificates [Periodic Maintenance (Nil), Rehabilitation (21) & Up gradation (28)] have been issued.

  • The initial Term of this Agreement shall be for a period of eighteen (18) months from the Effective Date, it being understood that the Term of this Agreement is in accordance with the time frame for development through the completion of Phase I of the Project.

  • Borrower will use its best reasonable efforts to complete Phase I of the Project not later than the Scheduled Completion Date for Phase I and to complete Phase II of the Project not later than the Scheduled Completion Date of Phase II of the Project.

  • Work on the Project (or an Alternative Qualified Project) shall be substantially abandoned, or shall, by reason of Borrower’s fault, be discontinued for a period of more than sixty (60) days, or construction shall be delayed for any reason whatsoever to the extent that Completion of Phase I of the Project (or an Alternative Qualified Project) cannot, in the reasonable judgment of Lenders, be accomplished on or before the applicable Scheduled Completion Date.

  • The Project is being developed in phases, where Phase I of the Project i.e. “Godrej Woods Phase - I” includes Towers Indica, Cassia and Rosea comprised in approximately 16,055 square metres out of the Project Land.

  • Phase I of the Project began with the execution of an interlocal agreement on August 18, 1988.

  • Grain Belt Express must enter into definitive interconnection agreements with SPP, AECI, MISO before it energizes Phase I of the Project, and additionally with PJM before it energizes Phase II of the Project.

  • Phase I of the Project consists of the design of the Project; Phase II of the Project consists of the construction of the Project.


More Definitions of Phase I of the Project

Phase I of the Project. The Tenant shall contribute $5,100,000 to the Landlord, or such other party as is designated by Landlord, on the date of execution by the Landlord and Tenant of this Amendment for the community/aquatic center and the baseball and soccer fields which shall be in full satisfaction of Tenant’s obligations with respect to the community/aquatic center and the baseball and soccer fields. The Tenant has substantially completed the Environmental Remediation, subject to receipt of a “no further action” letter from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Not later than December 31, 2007, Tenant shall start to construct the Gaming Facilities and the Project Roadway in a first class manner in accordance with all laws, regulations, ordinances and permit requirements (collectively, “Government Requirements”) and otherwise in accordance with the terms of the Lease (the “Work”). Title to Tenant’s personalty and fixtures and Tenant’s Gaming Facilities and those items that are part of Phase II of the Project shall at all times during the term of this Lease remain with Tenant, subject to the provisions of Section 5(e).
Phase I of the Project means the (i) development, construction and operation of the Gaming Facilities on the Property which shall mean a minimum 90,000 square foot casino containing not less than 2000 slots and 50 table games, three restaurants, a gift shop and parking sufficient to service the aforesaid facilities (the “Gaming Facilities”), (ii) the Environmental Remediation of the Landlord’s Property and the Known Conditions of the Access Road Property, (iii) a contribution by Tenant in the amount of $5,100,000 to the Landlord, or such other party as is designated by Landlord, for the construction of the community/aquatic center and the soccer fields; and (iv)the development and construction of the Project Roadway, including replacement of the Xxxxx Road Bridge (hereinafter defined). Tenant has completed Phase I of the Project with a total investment of not less than $375,000,000. “Phase II of the Project” shall mean the development and construction on the Property of: (i) a hotel with a minimum of 200 rooms with lobby; (ii) a meeting room/event space of not less than 10,000 square feet that is adjacent to the hotel with a capacity of at least 500 guests with sit-down tables or 750 guests in the absence of tables; and (ii) a parking garage with a minimum of 1600 spaces. Tenant intends to make a total investment of not less than $78,000,000 on Phase II of the Project. Phase I and Phase II of the Project are collectively called the “Project”.” A new Exhibit C to the Lease and Development Agreement is substituted entitled “Essential Elements”, which is attached to hereto as Exhibit 1.

Related to Phase I of the Project

  • Scope of the Project shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1;

  • Cost of the Project means and embraces the cost of construction; the cost of all

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Costs of the Project means Recipient’s actual costs (including any financing costs properly allocable to the Project) that are (a) reasonable, necessary and directly related to the Project, (b) permitted by generally accepted accounting principles to be Costs of the Project, and (c) are eligible or permitted uses of the Financing Proceeds under applicable state or federal statute and rule.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
