Plaintiff Released Parties means Cambridge, Pompano, Lauderhill, West Palm Beach, Arca, and each of their respective past or present affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries, as well as each of their respective past or present family members, spouses, heirs, trusts, trustees, executors, estates, administrators, beneficiaries, distributees, foundations, agents, employees, fiduciaries, partners, control persons, partnerships, general or limited partners or partnerships, joint ventures, member firms, limited liability companies, corporations, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, associated entities, stockholders, principals, officers, managers, directors, managing directors, members, managing members, managing agents, insurers, predecessors, predecessors-in-interest, successors, successors-in-interest, assigns, financial or investment advisors, advisors, consultants, investment bankers, entities providing any fairness opinion, underwriters, brokers, dealers, lenders, commercial bankers, attorneys, personal or legal representatives, accountants, insurers, co-insurers, reinsurers, and associates.
Plaintiff Released Parties means Xxxxxx and its Affiliates, and each of their respective current and former officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, and representatives in their capacity as such. “Plaintiff Released Parties” does not include third parties such as business partners and parties with contractual relationships with Xxxxxx other than those listed in the preceding sentence.
Plaintiff Released Parties means Plaintiffs.

Plaintiff Released Parties means Representative Plaintiffs and Settling Class Members on behalf of themselves and (as applicable) their heirs, executors, administrators, agents, attorneys, members, trustees, participants, and beneficiaries, and their respective predecessors, successors, representatives, principals, and assigns.
Plaintiff Released Parties means Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s Counsel, their past, present, or future family members, spouses, heirs, trusts, trustees, executors, estates, administrators, beneficiaries, distributees, foundations, agents, employees, fiduciaries, partners, partnerships, general or limited partners or partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, corporations, affiliates, associated entities, predecessors, predecessors-in-interest, successors, successors-in-interest, assigns, financial or investment advisors, advisors, consultants, investment bankers, brokers, dealers, experts, lenders, commercial bankers, attorneys (including, but not limited to, Plaintiff’s Counsel), personal or legal representatives, accountants, insurers, co-insurers, reinsurers, and associates.
Plaintiff Released Parties means each and all of Forte, Camac, and each members of the Class, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members or managers, and each of their respective trusts, trustees, executors, estates, administrators, beneficiaries, distributees, foundations, agents, employees, fiduciaries, partners, partnerships, general or limited partners or partnerships, joint ventures, member firms, limited liability companies, corporations, divisions, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, associated entities, stockholders, principals, officers, directors, managing directors, members, managers, managing members, managing agents, heirs, assigns, transferees, successors, attorneys (including all Plaintiff’s counsel in this Action), personal or legal representatives, insurers, co-insurers, reinsurers, and associates.
Plaintiff Released Parties means the Plaintiff and his Related Persons.
Plaintiff Released Parties means Lead Plaintiff and any other Class Member, and any and all of their related parties, including, without limitation, any and all of their past or present parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, or successors, as well as any and all of their current or former officers, directors, employees, associates, members of their immediate families, agents or other persons acting on their behalf, underwriters, attorneys, advisors, financial advisors, publicists, independent certified public accountants, auditors, accountants, assigns, creditors, administrators, heirs, estates, or legal representatives. Plaintiff Released Parties means Stephen Appel and his past, present, or future family members, spouses, heirs, trusts, trustees, executors, estates, administrators, beneficiaries, distributees, foundations, agents, employees, fiduciaries, partners, partnerships, general or limited partners or partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, corporations, affiliates, associated entities, predecessors, predecessors-in-interest, successors, successors-in-interest, assigns, financial or investment advisors, advisors, consultants, investment bankers, brokers, dealers, lenders, commercial bankers, attorneys, personal or legal representatives, accountants, insurers, co-insurers, reinsurers, and associates.
Plaintiff Released Parties means each and every Settlement Class Member, Plaintiffs, Co-Lead Counsel, Liaison Counsel and each of their respective past or present trustees, officers, directors, partners, employees, contractors, auditors, principals, agents, attorneys, predecessors, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, general or limited partners or partnerships, and limited liability companies; and the spouses, members of the immediate families, representatives, and heirs of any Released Plaintiff Party who is an individual, as well as any trust of which any Released Plaintiff Party is the settlor or which is for the benefit of any of their immediate family members. Plaintiff Released Parties does not include any Person who timely and validly seeks exclusion from the Settlement Class.
