Platinum Support definition

Platinum Support means Riverbed’s then-current generally available end user Platinum maintenance and support services as described at www.riverbed.com/supportservicedescription.
Platinum Support means the Platinum Support level of Maintenance and Support as set out in Section 5.
Platinum Support means the support level as set out in Section 4.

Examples of Platinum Support in a sentence

  • ECS Support Services are available in the following service plans: (i) the Silver Support Plan (“Silver Support”), and (ii) the Platinum Support Plan (“Platinum Support”).

  • The Subscription Fee for the Platinum Support Plan must be paid for all Certificates in the Management Services account, or added thereafter during the Subscription Term.

  • If You have subscribed to Management Services, You may elect to upgrade the ECS Support Services to the Platinum Support Plan, subject to Your payment of the applicable Subscription Fee.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, for a unique Customized Solution, Company may not (i) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and Gold Support Services Level for any additional Licensed Servers used for Production Purposes; or (ii) purchase a Platinum Support Services Level for one Licensed Server used for Production Purposes and a Gold Support Services Level for a Licensed Server used for Non-Production Purposes.

  • For Platinum Support Customers, a phone number will be provided for severity 1 incidents.

  • Where appliable, you may choose from Standard, Premium, Premium USG, Platinum, 4-Hour Premium and 4-Hour Platinum Support, and you must register each Product for which you have purchased support on the Support Portal in order to access the features and benefits available to such Product.

  • Your purchase of Subscription-based versions of Network Security, Email Security – Server, Endpoint Security, and File Analysis will receive access to Platinum Support Services (or Government Platinum Support Services, if applicable), and may upgrade to Platinum Plus Support Services (or Government Platinum Plus Support Services, if applicable) upon payment of additional fees.


More Definitions of Platinum Support

Platinum Support means the Platinum Support level of Support as set out in Section 4.

Such assigned login will not be counted against Customer’s User subscriptions allowed to access the Service under the Agreement. Related to Platinum Support

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
