Premises and Locations definition

Premises and Locations has the meaning given under Clause 2.1 of Schedule 2;

Premises and Locations means the Authority’s premises and locations where the Goods are to be installed, commissioned and located.

Premises and Locations means any premises and locations where the Equipment is to be located, as specified in the MIA Call-Off Agreement;

Examples of Premises and Locations in a sentence

• Where there is no such specific mechanism set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or the Order Form, any variations to the Premises and Locations where the Services are to be provided shall be agreed by the Parties in accordance with Clause 21 of this Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions.

• Where, in order to provide the Services, the Supplier requires any greater rights to use or occupy any specific Premises and Locations over and above such reasonable access rights granted in accordance with Clause 2.2 and Clause 2.3 of this Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions, such further rights shall be limited to any rights granted to the Supplier by the Authority in accordance with any licence and/or lease entered into by the Supplier as referred to in any Order Form.

• Such access shall not be deemed to create any greater rights or interest than so granted (to include, without limitation, any relationship of landlord and tenant) in the Premises and Locations.

• Where it is provided for by a specific mechanism set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or the Order Form, the Authority may increase, reduce or otherwise vary the Premises and Locations in accordance with such mechanism subject to the provisions of any licence or lease entered into by the Parties as referred to at Clause 2.4 of this Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions.

• Subject to the Supplier and its Staff complying with all relevant Policies applicable to such Premises and Locations, the Authority shall grant reasonable access to the Supplier and its Staff to such Premises and Locations to enable the Supplier to provide the Services.

Premises and Locations has the meaning given under Clause 4.1 of Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions;

Premises and Locations has the meaning given under Clause 61.1 of Schedule 13 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions;

Premises and Locations means any building, yard, dock, wharf, pier, bulkhead or any group of such properties which are bounded on all sides by public roads, open waterways, or open land space each of which shall be not less than 50 feet wide. But when a bridge or tunnel crosses any such road, waterway or open space, no such separation will apply within the meaning of this definition.

Premises and Locations means the Authority’s premises and locations where the Goods are to be installed, commissioned and located. “Process” shall have the same meaning as set out in the GDPR. Processing and Processed shall be construed accordingly; “Processor” shall have the same meaning as set out in the GDPR; “Procurement” means the procurement process leading up to the award of this Contract to the Supplier; “Product Information” means information concerning the Goods as may be reasonably requested by the Authority and supplied by the Supplier to the Authority in accordance with Clause 20 of Schedule 2 for inclusion in the Authority's product catalogue from time to time; “Purchase Order” means the purchase order required by the Authority’s financial systems, if a purchase order is referred to in the Key Provisions; "Purchasing Authority" means the following entities and any of their successor bodies: https://www.england.nhs.uk/publication/commercial-medicines-unit- pharmacy-purchasing-points-list/ “Quarter” means a period of three consecutive calendar months, ending on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September or 31 December save that the first quarter shall be calculated from the Commencement Date and the last quarter shall end on the last day of this Contract, and ‘Quarterly’shall be interpreted accordingly; “Red Level” means the service standards identified as “red” in Table 1, Annex A to Schedule 10; “Rejected Goods” has the meaning given under Clause 4.2 of Schedule 2; “Relevant Tax Authority” means HM Revenue and Customs, or, if applicable, a tax authority in the jurisdiction in which the Supplier is established; “Remedial Proposal” has the meaning given under Clause 15.3 of Schedule 2; “Requirement to Recall” has the meaning given under 4.9 of Schedule 2; “Returned Goods” has the meaning given under Clause 23.8 of Schedule 1; “Returns Notice” has the meaning given under Clause 23.8 of Schedule 1; “Sales Report” has the meaning given under Clause 23.5 of Schedule 1; “Specification and Tender Response Document” means the document set out in Schedule 5 as amended and/or updated in accordance with this Contract; “Staff” means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier to perform its obligations under this Contract including any Sub-contractors and person employed or engaged by such Sub-contractors; “Sub-contract” means a contract between two or more suppliers, at any stage of remoteness from the Supplier in a sub-contracting chain,made wholly or substantially for the purpose o...

Premises and Locations has the meaning given under Clause 2.1 of Schedule 2 of these Call- off Terms and Conditions; “Process” has the meaning given to it under the Data Protection Legislation and, for the purposes of this Contract, it shall include both manual and automatic processing. Processing and Processed shall be construed accordingly;
