Preparation of Pricing Supplement: If any order to purchase a Book-Entry Note is accepted by or on behalf of the Company, the Company will prepare a final pricing supplement or prospectus supplement (a “Final Supplement”) reflecting the terms of such Book-Entry Note, will file such Final Supplement with the Commission in accordance with the applicable paragraph of Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act, will deliver such number of copies thereof to the Agent as the Agent shall request.
