Pricing Notice means the particular letter agreement setting forth the general terms and conditions pursuant to which Purchaser will purchase a Loan or Loans, as applicable, from Seller on a particular Sale Date.

Prudent Industry Practices are not intended to be limited to the optimum practices, methods or acts to the exclusion of all others, but rather to be a spectrum of good and proper practices, methods and acts. “Purchase Order” means a purchase order in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A issued for the purchase of Equipment and Services pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. “Representatives” means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s shar...
