Primary Care Network definition

Primary Care Network means the state Primary Care Network program created by the Medicaid primary care network demonstration waiver obtained under Section 26-18-3.
Primary Care Network means a network of primary medical services contractors and other providers of services which has been approved by NHS England, serving an identified geographical area;
Primary Care Network or (PCN) means the program for benefits under the Medicaid Primary Care Network Demonstration Waiver.
