Production Expenses definition

Production Expenses means direct actual and reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by the Distributor or you (as applicable) in connection with the production of video cassettes, videodiscs (including DVDs), any other devices for reproducing visual images and sounds which may be played back by the use of a playback device intended for home use, books or other merchandise relating to any Content.
Production Expenses. The total expenses, charges and disbursements of whatever kind incurred by the Company directly in connection with any production of the Series and Musicals, to continue beyond the Series, including without limitation, fees, advances and/or other compensation of the author, director, choreographer, designers, orchestrator, cast, general manager, company manager, business manager, television and theater party representatives, production assistants and production secretaries (none of which parties before referred to need render its services exclusively in connection with the Series and each Musical); cost of the sets, costumes, curtains, drapes, properties, furnishings, electrical and sound equipment, rentals, bonds and guarantees, insurance premiums, rehearsal salaries, charges and expenses, transportation charges, office facilities furnished by the Managers, legal and auditing expenses, advance publicity, theater costs and expenses, preliminary advertising, post-opening advertising, taxes of whatsoever kind or nature other than income taxes of any of the individual Members or Managers; expenses for replacement or substitution of any of the foregoing personnel and items; and any and all other expenses usually included in the term “Production Expenses.” There shall be no “Production Expenses” incurred which are not reasonable or which do not appear as a budgetary item of the final budget for the applicable production of the Series and each Musical presented by the Company.
Production Expenses means, with respect to any Oil and Gas Property, all cash costs and expenses incurred for or payable in connection with the lifting, producing, gathering, separating, treating, compressing, storing, processing, marketing, transporting or otherwise handling Hydrocarbons from such Property, or developing, reworking, equipping, operating, maintaining and plugging and abandoning such Property.

Production Expenses means fees of the director and designers; cost of sets, curtains, drapes, costumes, properties, furnishings, electrical equipment, premiums for bonds and insurance, cash deposits with Actors' Equity Association or other similar organizations by which, according to custom or usual practices of the theatrical business, such deposits may be required to be made, advances to the Authors, rehearsal charges and expenses, transportation charges, cash office charges, reasonable legal and auditing expenses, advance publicity, theatre costs and expenses, costs of a developmental workshop, and all other expenses and losses of whatever kind (other than expenditures precluded hereunder) actually incurred in connection with the production of the Play preliminary to the official opening of the Play. The Managing Members have heretofore incurred or paid, and, prior to the inception of the Company, may incur or pay further Production Expenses as herein set forth, and the amount thereof, and no more, shall be included in the Production Expenses of the Company, and upon Total Capitalization the Managing Members shall be reimbursed for the expenses so paid by them.
Production Expenses means the total expenses, charges, operating losses and disbursements of whatsoever kind incurred by the production entity preliminary to the first public performance of the Play including, without limitation, all costs incurred in connection with the development of the Play, fees for the acquisition of rights, fees of designers, director, general manager, executive producer, company manager, business manager, theatre party representative, production assistants, production secretaries (none of whom need render their services exclusively in connection with the Play), cost of designing, building and lighting sets, costumes, properties, furnishings, curtains, drapes, electrical equipment, bonds and guarantees, insurance premiums, rehearsal charges and expenses, transportation charges, office facilities, legal, accounting and auditing expenses, advance advertising, copying, publicity and press expenses, theater costs and expenses, out-of-town losses if the Play is presented out-of-town, losses incurred during previews, preliminary advertising, special post-opening advertising, advance royalties, taxes of whatsoever kind or nature, a cash office charge to the Producer, expenses for replacement or substitution of any of the foregoing items and any and all other expenses usually included in the term “Production Expenses”.
Production Expenses means the total expenses, charges and disbursements of whatever kind incurred by the Company in connection with the development, recording, and production (including pre-production, mixing, mastering, and/or editing, if and as applicable) of the Subject Project / Property Rights, including without limitation, Recording Costs, fees to producers or other third parties involved with the recording of the Subject Project / Property Rights, video production costs, including but not limited to costs of production, location, and travel, licensing fees, including but not limited to those for artwork and samples; any and all expenses customarily included in the term "Production Expenses" in the relevant industry.

Production Expenses means all costs, fees, expenses, and other obligations of any kind whatsoever incurred for or in connection with the development, operation or maintenance of the Subject Interests for the production of Subject Hydrocarbons, the lifting, handling, gathering, producing, treating, storing, marketing or transporting of the Subject Hydrocarbons and shall include, without limitation, utilities, rental payments under site leases and leases of equipment or vehicles, royalties, utilities, salaries , wages (including, without limitation, withholding, social security and other payroll burdens, workers compensation insurance deposits and premiums and the costs of claims) and benefits (including without limitation, medical insurance benefits, bonuses, vacation pay or pay for other compensated absences) of field employees, first level supervisors and technical, accounting, billing or other administrative employees employed in operating, producing, reworking and maintaining the Subject Hydrocarbons and the Subject Interests and all accruals with respect to any of the foregoing; overhead and operating expenses (including, without limitation, expenses for office supplies and equipment) pursuant to applicable operating agreements covering the Subject Interests; compensation to well operators, consultants, and others necessary for and related to operating, producing, reworking and maintaining the Subject Interests and plugging and abandoning the wells; shut-in, minimum and advance royalties; insurance pr▇▇▇▇▇s in connection with the Subject Interests or any equipment located thereon and utilized in operating, producing, reworking or maintaining the Subject Interests; accounting, billing or other administrative services provided by third parties including, but not limited to, the preparation of any reserve report; and Capital Expenditures and Direct Taxes.
Production Expenses means the total actual, out-of-pocket expenses, charges and disbursements of whatsoever kind or nature other than those included in Running Expenses and Other Expenses actually incurred in connection with the Play's production prior to the official opening of said company (without regard to whether such items are actually paid after such opening), including, without limitation, advances and fees of direction, choreographer, designers, general manager, company manager, theater party representatives, production secretaries, assistants, sets, curtains, drapes, costumes, properties, furnishing, electrical and sound equipment, premiums for bonds and insurance, deposits (to the extent not returned) with Actors' Equity Association or other similar organizations which may be required to be made according to customs or usual practices of theatrical business, advances to Author, rehearsal charges and legal and accounting expenses, advance publicity, theater costs and expenses, transportation charges, cash office charges of up to $2,500 per week in the case of productions on Broadway or $1,500 per week in the case of all productions other than productions on Broadway (each of such $2,500 and $1,500 amounts shall be subject to adjustment to account for increases in the Consumer Price Index), transfer costs, reasonable travel and living expenses, insurance premiums, out-of-town losses, if any, preliminary advertising, advance royalties, taxes of whatsoever kind or nature with respect to which refunds have not been paid, expenses for replacement or substitution of any of the foregoing items and any and all other expenses usually included in the term "production expenses" in the theatrical industry.
Production Expenses means those expenses eligible for a rebate from the fund and includes expenses for all production goods and ser- vices including wages and salaries, construction, operations, editing, photography, sound synchronization, lighting, makeup, wardrobe and accessories, rental facilities and equipment, leasing of vehicles, food and lodging, digital or tape editing, film processing, sound mixing, special and visual effects, and music, if performed, composed or recorded by a musician who is a resident of Idaho and other reasonable in-state expenditures as defined in departmental rule. Production expenses do not include marketing and advertising costs, star salaries,
