SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. (12) An Employee who works six (6) hours on a Sunday or Public Holiday shall be entitled to a rest break of a half-hour to be taken without deduction of pay.

SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. 1. The rate at which a shift worker will be paid for all time worked up until 11pm on a Sunday is 200% and on a public holiday is 250%, with the exception of Christmas Day which shall be paid at the rate of 300%.
SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. All time worked outside ordinary working hours on a Sunday or Public Holiday shall be paid at double time the ordinary rate of pay. In the computation of overtime each day shall stand-alone. SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. For all rostered work performed under a reconstruction roster on a Sunday or Public Holiday, where the roster results in a reduction of hours worked from the normal roster of twenty (20) minutes or more, an adjustment will be made for individual drivers to “make up” the hours of work to their normal rostered hours.

  • Public Holidays 11.1 The following days are public holidays: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and any other gazetted public holidays in the relevant state or territory in which the work is being performed, other than:

  • Annual Leave Exclusive of Public Holidays The period of annual leave prescribed by this clause is exclusive of any public holidays, and if any such holiday falls within an employee’s period of annual leave and is observed on a day which in the case of that employee would have been an ordinary working day, there will be added to the period of annual leave time equivalent to the ordinary time which the employee would have worked if such day had not been a holiday.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work Week: Five (5) consecutive days per week, Sunday to Saturday. Work Day: Seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours to be scheduled within the hours of operation.

  • Saturday and Sunday Work (a) Where an employee is rostered to work ordinary hours between midnight Friday and midnight Saturday, the employee will be paid a loading of 50% of their ordinary rate of pay for the hours worked during this period.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Public Holiday Work (a) For Employees other than Shiftworkers, double time and a half must be paid for any Public Holiday Work with a minimum payment of four hours.
