Project Timeframe means the indicative project timeframe set out in Schedule 2. Related Agreement means an agreement, other than this Agreement, between Transpower and the Customer or a third party under which Transpower provides services related to the Works; Related Party means, for a party, an entity that is a related company of the party (as defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993) or would be a related company of the party if both the party and the entity were companies registered under that Act.

Project Timeframe. May 2008 – October 2008 The objective of this program is to develop a swept laser source, frequency domain, Optical Engine as a sub-system, designed for manufacturing and integration with digital control electronics and software provided by Xxxxxx Laser for inclusion and assembly into a Dental imaging application product. Continuation of the Optical Engine development program will be carried out in two additional phases. Phase II will address the design and development of an interim Beta Optical Engine, (Beta design-1). Examples of Project Timeframe in a sentence

Related to Project Timeframe

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of the municipality, in terms of section 53(l) (c) (ii) of the MFMA, for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and which indicate –

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the annual work plan and budget for the Project, to be prepared on an annual basis by the Recipient.

  • Contract Time means the period between the start date identified in the Notice to Proceed with construction and the Substantial Completion date identified in the Notice to Proceed or as subsequently amended by a Change Order.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.
