Qualifying Spend definition

Qualifying Spend means posted retail purchases & internet purchases (including but not limited to monthly charges under the interest free instalment payment plan of any merchant, and in the case of HSBC Spend Instalment, only the total purchase amount will qualify as a Qualifying Transaction in the month of purchase), and shall exclude the following transactions (which shall, where applicable, be determined based on the transaction descriptions reflected in HSBC’s system and the merchant category codes from Visa / Mastercard):
Qualifying Spend means retail transactions charged to the Razer Card (i.e. transaction date) in a calendar month and posted into the Card Account (i.e. posting date) at the point of computation of the Cashback. It includes retail transactions, recurring bill payments and refunds that are in local and foreign currencies posted to the Card Account at the point of computation of the Cashback. It excludes interest, finance charges, cash withdrawal, Cash Advance, balance transfer, and top-ups to stored-value facilities, and all fees charged by Razer Pay.
Qualifying Spend refers to any Retail Purchase (including internet purchases) made to a Card Account, which do not arise from annual Card membership fees, bill payments and/or funds transfers using the Card/Card Accounts as source of funds (for example, payments via Citibank Online or via any other channel or agent (such as a third party agent for payment of bills) whether for bill payments or otherwise), interest, late payment charges, GST, cash advances, quasi- cash transactions, income tax payment, purchases made on equal payment plan and other fees and charges;

Examples of Qualifying Spend in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Qualifying Spend incurred by a Supplementary Cardmember in respect of the Promotion shall accrue to the eligible Principal Cardmember only.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of calculation of Qualifying Spend, any reversals/rebates/refunds on any retail transaction, whether fully or partially, will go towards reducing the spend.

  • In meeting the Qualifying Spend, Citi Credit Cardmembers are NOT allowed to use prepaid cards, as a form of top-up.

  • As of the date such Eligible Partner Affiliate is no longer an Affiliate of Partner, such Eligible Partner Affiliate will no longer be an Eligible Partner Affiliate under this Agreement and any amounts due from that entity after that date will not be counted as Qualifying Spend for the purpose of calculating any applicable Partner Capability Fund under this Agreement.

  • Newk’s reserves the right to delay, suspend, recalculate, reduce or revoke any Qualifying Spend or Points that Xxxx’s suspects are connected with such orders.


More Definitions of Qualifying Spend

Qualifying Spend means the aggregate amount of all retail transactions (including but not limited to purchases, leases or other manner of supply of goods or services to the Cardmember in his/her individual capacity, other than in the ordinary course of business) that are charged to the Card and posted to the Cardmember’s Card Account, and includes all Online Transactions and recurring payments charged to the Card, but excludes all Excluded Transactions. A transaction is “posted” to a Cardmember’s Card Account when it is debited against that Card Account.
Qualifying Spend means, subject to the exceptions set out at Clause D5, Clause D6, Clause D7 and elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, purchase made by Members at any Participating Outlets or at www.rwsentosa.com, which RWS may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine, and paid for by cash, NETS, Member’s credit card or debit card (excluding goods and services taxes or any other taxes).

Qualifying Spend means transactions made to an Eligible Card which does not arise from any (i) annual fees, interest charges, late payment charges, GST, cash advances, instalment/easy/extended/equal payment plans, preferred payment plans, balance transfers, cash advances, quasi-cash transactions, all fees charged by Citibank or third party, miscellaneous charges imposed by Citibank (unless otherwise stated in writing by Citibank); (ii) funds transfers using the card as source of funds; (iii) bill payments (including via Citibank Online or via any other channel or agent)
Qualifying Spend means on all local and foreign nett Mastercard retail transactions charged to the Eligible Card and posted to the Eligible Card at the point of computation. It excludes NETS purchases, EZ-Link/NETS FlashPay transactions, interest charges, finance charges, AXS (excluding Pay+Earn) and SAM transactions, bill payments, cash withdrawals, balance transfer, smart cash, fund transfer transactions, any top-ups or payments of funds to any payment service providers, prepaid cards and any prepaid accounts, fees charged by DBS and disputed, cancelled, refunded, unauthorised or fraudulent purchase transactions.
Qualifying Spend means the aggregate amount of Retail Transactions, whether in Singapore or elsewhere, that are charged to the Cardholder’s Debit Card and posted to the Cardholder’s Card Account within the calendar month to be eligible for the Cash Rebate (defined below), excluding annual fees, interests, bill payments, finance charges, fund transfers, cash withdrawals and/or any other transactions and/or amounts that may be deemed as ineligible by BOC from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to the Cardholder. A transaction is “posted” to the Cardholder’s Card Account when it is debited against the Cardholder’s Card Account.
