Quiet Time definition

Quiet Time means the restriction of a resident for a period of time to a designated area, from which the resident is not physically prevented from leaving, for the purpose of providing the resident an opportunity to regain self-control;
Quiet Time means the time or times designated by section 5(1) of this Bylaw.
Quiet Time is between the hours of 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM. All Lessees are responsible for keeping noise levels at a minimum during this time. All children under 18 years of age are required to be at their assigned site during the quiet time hours.

More Definitions of Quiet Time

Quiet Time. Please, respect your neighbors and keep the noise at a minimum from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep in mind that your neighbors are very close to you, and your noise is much louder than you might think. Additionally, the Town of Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance, making unlawful any noise which exceeds the standards of the MD Department of Health. Violation of this statute by Guests and friends shall be grounds for eviction. The town of Ocean City has additional noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. CHECK OUT TIME: Check out time is 9:00am. Please, pack and clean-up at the night prior to check out, so you have plenty of time in the morning. Please leave the KEYS AND PARKING PASSES on the counter and lock the doors. All cars must be removed from the parking lot AT time to leave the unit at CHECK OUT. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to allow you to stay an hour later or more. However, we won't be able to confirm this until the evening before or morning of your departure. If you have any doubts, please call that morning. PETS: We welcome well-behaved pets in some of our units. If you are traveling with a pet, please let the reservations agent know, as only certain CUSTOMER SERVICE/ RESERVATIONS: If you have questions about your rental, please call or text us. We will be glad to assist you. Xxxxxxx and Bay Club always start Friday to Friday, 7 days or less days period. We can't change the dates to accommodate your group. Those units also have different check in and check out time. Call us, I will do my best to help you. KEYS AND PARKING PASS: Please return the keys and the parking pass at check out. Place all together on either the kitchen table or on the kitchen counter top. Each lost key will result in an extra fee of $25.00. Quiet Time in the Rolling Hills Reservoir Campground is every day from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. During “Quiet Time”, the Grantee agrees that it will conduct its activities so as to not disturb any other users of the boat dock or campground. Not to restrict the foregoing, the Grantee specifically agrees to the following during “Quiet Time”: M not to operate any generator; M not to play any music, musical instrument, radio, television or other sound generating device so that the sound can be heard in any campsite; M to speak softly so that voices cannot be heard in any campsite; M not to allow any vehicle to idle for more than one minute; M not to allow any dog to bark, whine or howl while in the possession or under the control of the Grantee.

Quiet Time starts at 10:00 PM. Function should end by 11:00 PM.
Quiet Time means a voluntary procedure through which a client removes him/herself from a situation which is too stimulating in an effort to regain self-control. Quiet time may be initiated by a staff person requesting that a client use this procedure or may be initiated or prompted by the client. A quiet room (unlocked) is a place where quiet time may take place. A quiet room is a place that can be made available at the client's request. The use of quiet time may be part of the treatment plan and documented in the client's medical record. If used in a behavior therapy plan quiet time would be considered a positive intervention. A seclusion room shall not used for quiet time unless specifically approved, in writing, by that BHO's BHOBTC chairperson.
