Regular Support definition

Regular Support means non-emergency assistance with the use of the WCCLS Network. This may include, but is not limited to, requests for new users, troubleshooting wired or wireless network connectivity for an existing host or staff member, configuration or upgrade of WCCLS licensed software, installation of a new network host, a WCCLS website information update request, or the general use of WCCLS licensed software or services.
Regular Support means Professional Support or Enterprise Support selected by Licensee.
Regular Support means financial aid provided on the basis of an agreement between a civil society organization and the donor made in writing, where the benefactor undertakes to provide the donation in the year when the agreement is concluded (amended) and in at least three years following thereafter at least once each year, in the same or larger amount, without any consideration, with the proviso that any reference made by the public-benefit organization to the name and/or activity of the benefactor in providing public benefit services shall not be construed as consideration;

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;

  • Child support means that part of an Enhanced Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Enhanced Child Restraint System.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Sponsor Support Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
