Rejects definition

Rejects means Messages that fail to pass edits in the CLEC’s billing system, including Messages that do not pass due to: (1) the age of the call; (2) missing information; (3) incomplete information, or (4) Automatic Number Identification “ANIs” that do not belong to the CLEC at the time the calls was made. Rejects are considered “Unbillable” as defined herein.
