Examples of Released Company Parties in a sentence

  • Employee hereby waives any and all such legal rights and Claims of any type or description that Employee has or might have against the Company and/or any of the other Released Company Parties.

Related to Released Company Parties

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.
