Examples of Removable Trade Fixtures in a sentence
Free-standing work station partitions for which Tenant pays shall be part of Tenant's Removable Trade Fixtures for all purposes under this Lease.
Tenant shall fully and properly repair any damage occasioned by the removal of any Removable Trade Fixtures, equipment, furniture and Alterations.
If Tenant is not then in default, Tenant shall have the right to remove from the Premises any Removable Trade Fixtures (as defined in Section 14.1 (b)), unattached equipment, and movable furniture placed in the Premises by Tenant.
Should Tenant fail to remove any Alterations, fixtures or Removable Trade Fixtures, and/or fail to restore the Premises as required under this Section 11.7, Landlord may do so, in which event Tenant shall pay to Landlord the cost and expense thereby incurred as Additional Rent, plus interest thereon, which sums shall be payable within thirty (30) days of Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s demand therefor.
All Removable Trade Fixtures installed in the Premises by Tenant shall remain the property of Tenant and shall be removed by Tenant upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease; provided that Tenant shall not at such time be in default hereunder beyond any applicable notice and cure periods and provided further that Tenant shall repair all damage caused by such removal and restore the Premises to its original order and condition.
