RENTAL RULES. The Renter agrees to abide by the Rental Rules: Smoking is PROHIBITED on the Property. Renter will be charged $250 if there is evidence of smoking. The Renter shall not engage in any activity or practice that is, or contributes to, a nuisance or annoyance to any person. Animals/Pets are PROHIBITED. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the maximum occupancy be exceeded. Cooking is PROHIBITED. Renter may use the refrigerator, coffee maker, or stovetop to boil water only.
