Retail Facilities definition

Retail Facilities means the retail and merchant services facilities used by the Group from time to time (including, without limitation, the Existing Retail Facilities and the Lloyds Retail Facilities).
Retail Facilities means the Retail Water Facilities, the Retail Wastewater Facilities and the Retail Stormwater Facilities as defined in Exhibit F.
Retail Facilities means the Retail Water Facilities, the Retail Wastewater Facilities and the Retail Stormwater Facilities operated and maintained by the CAB that connect with the Wholesale Facilities.

Examples of Retail Facilities in a sentence

  • The South Carolina Retail Facilities Revitalization Act, contained in Title 6, Chapter 34, provides a property tax credit or an income tax credit for the renovation, improvement, and redevelopment of abandoned retail facility sites in South Carolina.

  • All such Retail Facilities shall be warranted for 2 (two) years after acceptance by the CAB.

More Definitions of Retail Facilities

Retail Facilities means retail shopping mall, outlet center or strip mall facilities primarily focused on retail sales of consumer products.
Retail Facilities means the Retail Water Facilities, and/or the Retail Wastewater Facilities operated and maintained by the Retail District that connects with DWSD Wholesale Facilities.
Retail Facilities means, if the Authority elects to pursue construction of such facilities pursuant to Section 2.4 below, additional facilities consisting of approximately 200,000 square feet of retail and restaurant facilities and related parking facilities and other related infrastructure. "Retail Facilities Architect" means the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 below. "Retail Facilities Costs" has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 below. "Schematic Design Documents" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5 below. "Staffing Plan" has the meaning set forth in Section 8.8 below. "Sun" means Sun International Hotels Limited. "Term" has the meaning set forth in Article 10 below. "Total Project Costs" means all costs of programming, budgeting, designing, constructing, equipping and staffing the Project, including costs related to professional services, but excluding all financing fees and expenses, and interest payments on the Construction Financing prior to the opening of the Project, which costs shall not exceed Four Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($450,000,000), without the prior written approval of the Authority, which may be withheld in its sole and absolute discretion. "Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance" means the Tribal Gaming Authority Employment Rights Ordinance enacted by the Authority on or about September 25, 1995 and any replacements thereof or amendments thereto adopted from time to time, and all related or implementing ordinances and policies of the Authority to give preference in recruiting and hiring to employees and Certified Entities. "Tribe" means the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of Connecticut, a federally recognized Indian tribe and its permitted successors and assigns. "Tribe's Gaming Ordinance" means the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Ordinance No. 94-1, and any replacements or amendments thereto adopted from time to time, and all related or implementing ordinances, which are enacted by the Tribe to authorize and regulate gaming on the Tribe's reservation pursuant to IGRA. Fairview Oaks Retail Ellenwood, Georgia A retail property consisting of approximately 77,052 square feet of buildings on a site of approximately 451,804 square feet located at 129 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, xxmetimes herein referred to as "Fairview Oaks Retail." Madison Centre Retail Madison, Alabama A retail property consisting of approximately 64,837 square feet of buildings on a site of approximately 402,233 square feet located at Alabama Highxxx 00 xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Madison, Alabama 35738, sometimes herein referred to as "Madison Centre Retail." Retail Facilities as used herein shall mean all of the tenant spaces included in the Property other than the Restaurant and the Marina. However, the parties hereto agree that the Company may sublease, to individual tenants, separate and distinct spaces within the Retail Facilities for any valid purpose without the authorization of the City Manager. It is the subleasing of the Retail Facilities as a whole which requires the Manager's authorization prior to being subleased. It is acknowledged by the parties hereto that, for purposes of clarification, the term "Restaurant" means Monty's Raw Bar, located on the ground floor of the Property, as such establishment currently exists or as it may be expanded in the future. The Company agrees that it shall not sublease, assign or otherwise use the Property for any purpose that requires an occupational license for a restaurant without the prior written authorization of the City Manager, other than the Restaurant or the Subleased Premises. In light of the acknowledgments pertaining to Section 31, all parties hereto agree that the Sublease and the Sublease Assignment shall be subject to the approval of the City Manager and that the gross sales and/or gross receipts of any subtenant of the Company subleasing the Restaurant and/or the Marina portions of the Property at any particular time shall be used to compute the Percentage Rental payable by the Company to the City pursuant to Section 13 of the Lease.
