Sales Support definition

Sales Support means secondary sales assistance provided by Vendor sales personnel to Konica Minolta sales personnel during the sales process, at times requested by Konica Minolta and reasonably acceptable to Vendor, conditioned on the Konica Minolta sales personnel being present with the Customer physically, electronically or on telephone calls at all times during the time that such sales assistance is being provided.
Sales Support means the sales support activities and related obligations of each Party in connection with the sales support provided by BlueArc, all as set forth on Exhibit D.
Sales Support means the level of sales support provided by EACC to ADP Sales Team as set forth in Exhibit C to this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time upon written agreement of the Parties.

Sales Support. As it deems appropriate, GTE Mobilnet may, but is not obligated to, provide sales support to Business Representative under this Agreement. Related to Sales Support

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.
