Schematic Design Package definition

Schematic Design Package means the combination of: (i) Schematic Design Drawings; (ii) an outline summary of the areas within the proposed Project such summary corresponding to the general categories in the space allocation outlined in the Design Program; (iii) a description of the building and general Site development that shall include an overview of proposed exterior architectural materials and structural systems together with the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and services contemplated; and (iv) an Opinion of Probable Construction Cost that demonstrates conformity with the Budget, all that, in TFC’s sole opinion, must be in satisfactory quality and detail.
Schematic Design Package means the combination of (i) Schematic Design Drawings; (ii) an outline summary of the areas within the proposed Project, such summary corresponding to the general categories in the space allocation outlined in the Design Program;
Schematic Design Package means the materials required to be submitted to the BOT for approval pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

Examples of materials may include market analyses, financing arrangements, project budgets and schedules and pro formas. The Schematic Design Package must be complete and must be prepared in conformity with the Design Guidelines in order for it to be considered by Landlord, and all submittals must include the complete information necessary for preparation and public notice of an agenda item seeking approval of the Schematic Design Package at a duly noticed meeting of the BOT. The Improvements shall be designed in such a manner as to be compatible with the University, including without limitation the architectural style and overall design features of the University campus. Related to Schematic Design Package

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract.
