Scope Change Order Request definition

Scope Change Order Request means a written proposal issued and signed by Owner requesting a Scope Change, submitted to Contractor by Owner pursuant to the terms of Section 12.3 hereof.
Scope Change Order Request means a written notice issued by Client or Client’s Representative to Contractor or Contractor’s Representative pursuant to terms of Section 12.2.2.
Scope Change Order Request means a written proposal issued and signed by the MEP Participants requesting a Scope Change and submitted to the Turnkey Contractor by the MEP Participants (or the MEP Participants’ Representative) pursuant to the terms of Section 13.3.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Scope Change Order Request in a sentence

  • After evaluating the information presented in the Scope Change Notice issued by Contractor pursuant to this Section 12.11 in good faith, Owner may submit a Scope Change Order Request.

  • Contractor shall promptly review the Scope Change Order Request and notify Owner in writing of the options for implementing the proposed Scope Change (including, if possible, any option that does not involve an extension of time) and the effect, if any, each such option would have on the Contract Price, the Guaranteed Completion Dates, the Construction Progress Milestone Dates, the Payment and Milestone Schedule, the Project Schedule and the Performance Guarantees.

  • Northwind shall promptly review the Scope Change Order Request and notify Aladdin in writing of its preliminary good faith view of the options for implementing the proposed Scope Change and of Northwind's good faith estimate of the effect, if any, each option would have on the Plant Price, the Substantial and Final Completion Deadlines, the Project Plan, and the Plant Plans and Specifications.

  • The Turnkey Contractor shall promptly review the Scope Change Order Request and notify the MEP Participants in writing of the available options for implementing the proposed Scope Change (including, if possible, any option that does not involve an extension of time) and the effect, if any, each such option would have on each of the Lump Sum Fixed Price, the Guaranteed Completion Dates, the Milestone/Progress Payment Schedule, the Work Schedule and/or the Performance Guaranties.

  • As soon as Contractor becomes aware of any circumstances which Contractor has reason to believe may constitute a Scope Change, Contractor shall issue to Owner a Scope Change Order Request at Contractor’s expense.

  • The MEP Participants shall reimburse the Turnkey Contractor for any agreed costs incurred by the Turnkey Contractor in developing a Scope Change Order Request initiated by the MEP Participants.


More Definitions of Scope Change Order Request

Scope Change Order Request by in the form attached as Exhibit F by Buyer to Turbine Supplier, Turbine Supplier shall promptly, but no later than ten (10) Business Days after receipt of the Scope Change Order Request, notify Buyer and Financing Parties, if any, in writing of the options for implementing the proposed Scope Change (including, if possible, any option that does not involve an extension of time) and the effect, if any, each such option would have on, including but not limited to, the Purchase Price, the Delivery Date, the Completion Date and warranties. Turbine Supplier shall provide a lump sum price for any Scope Change. If Buyer accepts Turbine Supplier’s proposal, Buyer shall issue a written Scope Change Order covering such proposed Scope Change and incorporating Turbine Supplier’s response, which shall be binding on Turbine Supplier.
Scope Change Order Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.

Related to Scope Change Order Request

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Work request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Change Request means a change request made in accordance with Section 4 below and in the form made available by SAP from time to time or included in the Order Form.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Project Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
