Seller Systems definition

Seller Systems means Information Systems or Computing Devices owned or operated by Seller or a third party on behalf of Seller.
Seller Systems means all computer, hardware, software, Software, systems, and equipment (including embedded microcontrollers in non-computer equipment) embedded within or required to operate the current products of the Seller and Atlas Texas, and/or material to or necessary for the Seller to carry on the Business as currently conducted. For purposes hereof, "YEAR 2000 COMPLIANT" means that the Seller Systems provide uninterrupted millennium functionality in that the Seller Systems will record, store, process and present calendar dates falling on or after January 1, 2000, in the same manner and with the same functionality as the Seller Systems record, store, process, and present calendar dates falling on or before December 31, 1999.
Seller Systems means all computer systems or software used by Seller or its Affiliates in connection with the Administrative and Collection Functions and/or any other transaction contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Following an Information Security Breach, Buyer will maintain the right to conduct Penetration Testing on Seller Systems used to access Confidential Data, or Seller systems that are used to connect to Buyer’s internal systems.

  • If (i) Buyer determines in connection with any Assessment that a material vulnerability exists in the Seller Facilities or the Seller Systems or that Seller has otherwise failed to perform any of its obligations under this Supplement; and (ii) Buyer notifies Seller in writing of such vulnerability or Seller's breach of this Supplement, then Seller shall promptly develop a corrective action plan.

More Definitions of Seller Systems

Seller Systems means all computer hardware, software, systems and equipment of Seller material to or necessary to conduct the Businesses as they are currently conducted and located in Rome, New York.
Seller Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(e).
Seller Systems is defined as any and all electronic information systems operated by Seller or operated by a third party on behalf of Seller, including without limitation: facilities, network communications systems and telecommunications systems, inclusive of the software, applications, information and data contained therein.

Seller Systems means all formats, systems, methods, specifications, standards, procedures and trade dress developed or utilized by Seller or its affiliates in operating any of the Operating Residences or Construction Residences and (ii) "Seller Marks" shall mean the marks "Arden Court", "Springhouse" and all associated logos, commercial symbols, and designs.
